Food Tasting and Menu Selection

This is a major task...we don't wanna compromise the value of food that we're serving our dear guests. And we want everything special from the appetizer, the main course, drinks and desserts. So we set a day appointment for food tasting and careful menu selection.

I was so happy to meet the courteous staff of Avenue Plaza, they treated us really like VIPs! 
 I'm checking the contract while waiting for the food to be served

So these were the set of menu we've selected for the main course...


 Pasta Seafood Marinara
 Roasted Chicken with Peppercorn Sauce
 Fresh Lumpia but we decided to convert it to Fresh Loose Vegetable Salad with Thousand Island Dressing.
 Pork and Vegetable Roullade
Grilled Tanigue with Lemon Sauce and Honey Soy Sauce
